A foundation in healthcare
Before my work with Harvest, I spent many years in hospitals. I worked as an operating theatre nurse and studied physiotherapy. That experience shaped my interest in people, recovery and the relationship between our inner life and how we function.
Technology, leadership and change
I later worked for ten years as an information engineer in the hospital sector, serving as an ICT manager. My responsibilities included information systems, automation, policy advice and major change and implementation projects. I learned to connect a vision with the practical steps needed to make it happen.
A new direction
After profound spiritual experiences, I changed direction and founded Harvest Ministries. Its work connects spiritual growth and discipleship with practical support, education and personal development, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
Teaching, guidance and leadership
Over the years I have spoken at seminars and conferences in the Netherlands and abroad. I have also supported entrepreneurs and offered coaching and counselling around relationships, personal development and direction in life. I enjoy helping people connect spiritual insight with practical choices in their lives and work.
Discovering new possibilities
Renewal and pioneering run through my work. I enjoy helping people see possibilities and turn insight into action: in their personal lives, relationships, work and communities. My approach makes room for honest questions, humour and lessons from lived experience.
Different initiatives, a shared purpose
Alongside Harvest Ministries, my work has included initiatives such as Creator Vision, Successful Living and Therismos, spanning media, publishing and practical care for people in need.
