Privacy policy

Taking care of your personal information.

Responsibility and contact

Stichting Harvest Ministries is responsible for personal data through harvestministries.nl, harvestlife.nu, harvestglobalnetwork.com, call2thenations.com and mission2asia.com. Send privacy questions and requests to info@harvestministries.nl. This statement describes existing website facilities, active consent-dependent visitor statistics and the central analytics dashboard. Updated on 16 October 2026.

Contact and external services

Contact uses the published email and telephone links. Harvest Ministries also has ticket facilities and external links to Google Forms, PayPal and ING. Harvest Life opens videos on YouTube and loads audio from Harvest Ministries only when you play it. Harvest Ministries and Call2theNations load existing typefaces through Google Fonts; Google receives the connection information required to deliver the font. This is separate from consent-dependent GA4 measurement. Following a link to another website does not register you or make a payment. When you open an external service, that provider’s privacy information and terms also apply. Call2theNations uses WordPress comments and Akismet spam checking. When you submit a comment, entered details and technical information are processed for publication, moderation and spam checking. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a contact message or comment.

Hosting, security and existing statistics

The websites are hosted by InternetToday. Technical information such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information may be processed to deliver and protect the websites and investigate errors. Existing hosting statistics are separate from Google Analytics. The current hosting processing arrangements, subprocessors and exact log and backup retention periods are being verified with the provider; we do not publish an unconfirmed period or storage location. You can send related privacy questions to the contact above.

Google Analytics 4 and the central dashboard

Google Analytics 4 is active on the five foundation websites listed above. The separate website stevenbadal.nl has its own controller and privacy statement; this shared statement does not replace it. These websites measure website use only with explicit statistics permission, to improve our information and pages. Without permission, no Analytics measurement requests are sent. Only an explicit statistics choice within the active consent version counts as permission for tracking. Permission can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie preferences.

What permitted measurement involves

After your explicit statistics permission, GA4 processes visited pages, times, traffic sources, approximate country and browser/device characteristics using cookie identifiers. These data are not automatically anonymous. Measurement will not be used for advertising profiles. Names, email addresses, form contents and our own user identifier are not intended for this measurement. Do not include personal information in URLs or search fields; such information does not belong in visitor statistics.

Google and international processing

Google Ireland Limited is the confirmed contracting entity for Analytics. The Google Analytics and Data Processing Terms have been accepted. Google and its subprocessors may also process data outside the European Economic Area. The Google processing terms describe applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. This does not promise that all information stays exclusively in the Netherlands or EU.

Retention

GA4 is configured for two months of user and event retention, without resetting retention on new activity. This setting does not apply to all of Google’s aggregated standard reports. This setup processes information only with explicit statistics permission. Consent choices are remembered for up to 180 days. Optional Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) have a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days; browsers may limit this further. _ga distinguishes visitors and _ga_* maintains session state. The central dashboard in Google Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) displays report data from the existing GA4 properties, such as visitors, sessions, page views, traffic sources and engagement. The dashboard is private and intended for authorised administrators; it does not add extra measurement code to these websites. Visitors are counted per website, not as one combined unique visitor total across websites. We do not state an unverified fixed period for contact, event or financial information; ask the privacy contact about retention applicable to your particular information.

Cookies and your choice

Cookies and similar browser storage may be needed for technical operation, security and remembering your choice. Complianz choice cookies (cmplz_*; for example cmplz_functional, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_banner-status and cmplz_policy_id) store your preference and policy version for up to 180 days. You can refuse statistics and still use the website. Open ‘Cookie preferences’ to review and change your choice. cmplz_hl_ga4_pilot (Harvest Life) and cmplz_harvest_ga4_v1 (other activated websites) record the new consent version for up to 180 days. You can also clear browser storage. Withdrawing permission stops GA4 measurement and removes this website’s Analytics cookies. Necessary preference cookies continue to remember your choice. Changing consent does not automatically delete information previously processed lawfully. The external Complianz cookie database and Website Scan are not enabled.

Legal bases and your rights

Optional visitor statistics rely only on permission. For other processing, the legal basis depends on its purpose, such as answering a request, performing an agreement, a legal obligation or the legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website. You can request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw permission and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We handle requests within the applicable legal period and explain any permitted extension. Do not provide unnecessary additional identification information.

Updates

This information is updated when data processing changes and when the outstanding provider confirmation is received. The current version is available on this page. Updating this statement does not itself activate tracking.
